Ice Dam - North Easton, MA

For most people winter is just a time that's annoying. It's the time of year where people hunker down during the bitterly cold months. Feeling as if being suffocated by the walls that protect them and this homeowner was no different from all the others.

It had been snowing off and on for the last couple of days. It would warm up a bit and cool right back down. The home like many homes that surrounded them had formed what they thought were harmless ice cycles. But they were far from harmless. What this homeowner had were Ice Dams.

On a sunny day the homeowner went to work as usual. But when they got home the seemingly harmless  Ice Cycles were in fact Ice Dams and had begun melting, into the home, causing what seemed like a massive water leak.

SERVPRO of the Bridgewaters, at 508-697-5479, was called in to mitigate the loss they had suffered. The crew brought with them equipment and a sense of relief to the homeowners. They had completed the task at hand in such a manor it left the homeowners breathless. We had left another satisfied customer.
